Good to know
General information:
• Prices are per person per day in a double room with half-board (breakfast and dinner), incl. VAT and tourist tax.
• For stays of less than 3 days, an additional EUR 10.00 per person per day will be charged.
• Day of arrival: the rooms are available from 2 pm.
• Day of departure: we kindly request that you vacate your rooms by 10 am.
• Reservations are binding and a "confirmation deposit" of EUR 100.00 per room must be made. In case of cancellation after the 30th day before the holiday's start or of non-arrival, the deposit will not be reimbursed.
• Terms of cancellation: in the event of early departure, late arrival, or cancellation at short notice (15 days before the holiday's start), 70% of the agreed price will be charged for the entire reservation period or for the cancelled days as applicable. If we are able to fill the room for the same period, these costs will not be applied.
• Travel cancellation insurance: we recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance to cover you in the event that you cannot travel for health reasons or other good reasons, arrive late or need to leave early.
• Payment: we accept cash, Eurocheque card, as well as Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard.
All rooms are equipped with a shower, WC, telephone and satellite TV; most have a balcony. Prices are valid from a minimum stay of 7 days. Prices are per person per day in a double room and include VAT and tourist tax.
• Single room surcharge: EUR 8.00 per day
• Bathrobe hire: EUR 10.00

• Under 5 years free of charge
• 6 - 11 years 50%
• 12 - 14 years 20%
